Warm up the almond milk until warm to the touch. Sprinkle the yeast over the top followed by honey. Set aside for 5-10 minutes.

Whisk together the flours and baking powder in a large bowl. Then, pour the yeast mixture, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil.

Mix the dough and set aside in a warm place. While the dough is rising, add feta, olive oil, almond milk, and garlic to food processor. Blend until smooth.

Place the dough on parchment paper. Roll it out into an oval. Use your hands to shape the crust and pinch the sides to make a lip.

Spread the whipped feta and toppings onto the crust. Bake until crust is golden brown. 

Sprinkle with herbs and slice!
