Deliciously golden brown cookies & cream gluten-free s'mores! The cherished childhood treat just got a major upgrade with creamy cookies & cream white chocolate sandwiched in between a warm toasted marshmallow and crispy graham cracker squares. Easily oven-baked indoors, there's no fire required.
- 1 batch homemade gluten-free graham crackers (or store-bought)
- 1 Lily's Sweets Cookies and Crème White Chocolate Bar
- 6 large vegan marshmallows
- On a baking sheet or pan, line graham crackers along the bottom. Place a large marshmallow on top of each graham cracker square and place in the oven on low broil for 3 – 5 minutes. To get a char on top, increase the temperature to high broil for 30 seconds (watch closely to prevent burning)
- Remove the baking pan from the oven and place a piece of Lily’s Sweets Cookies & Crème White Chocolate on top of the marshmallow. Follow with another graham cracker square on top to sandwich the marshmallow and chocolate together and enjoy!
