Warm and cozy almond milk latte infused with pure maple syrup and sea salt. A cup of this liquid gold is just what your slow morning needs. It’s light and subtle with a velvety smooth texture filled with hints of salted maple. No fancy equipment needed - just throw it all in a blender and enjoy!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 shots espresso (or 1/2 cup strong coffee)
  • 3 Tbsp pure maple syrup (plus extra to top, optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt (plus extra to top, optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the almond milk in a pot on the stove over medium-low heat until it begins to simmer
  2. While almond milk is heating, make the espresso or strong coffee. Pour all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until well combined
  3. Pour into 2 coffee mugs and top with an extra drizzle of maple syrup and sprinkle of sea salt if desired
