- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 shots espresso (or 1/2 cup strong coffee)
- 3 Tbsp pure maple syrup (plus extra to top, optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp sea salt (plus extra to top, optional)
Instructions
- Heat the almond milk in a pot on the stove over medium-low heat until it begins to simmer
- While almond milk is heating, make the espresso or strong coffee. Pour all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until well combined
- Pour into 2 coffee mugs and top with an extra drizzle of maple syrup and sprinkle of sea salt if desired
