Creamy & Crunchy Healthy Broccoli Salad


A delicious and nutritious broccoli salad packed with fresh, crunchy vegetables, sweet dates, and creamy avocado-style mayo.  This salad makes the perfect side dish, nutritious snack, or meal with some added protein!  It’s the broccoli salad you’ve been waiting for.




  1. Cut the florets off the broccoli head into bite sized pieces add to a large mixing bowl
  2. Dice red onion and add to the mixing bowl along with the shredded carrots, slivered almonds, and chopped dates
  3. Mix the vegetables in the bowl and then add the mayo, salt, and pepper and continue to mix until ingredients area all well combined
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days! (best enjoyed cold)


*Note : This mayo can be found at most local grocery stores. However, plain greek yogurt or a light mayo are great alternatives.
