Super Healthy Greek Yogurt Apple Dip


When salty meets sweet in a luscious bowl of thick greek yogurt.  This 3 ingredient dip is the ultimate snack or light lunch.  Paired with extra crunchy apples, it’s the perfect combination of lean protein, natural carbs, and healthy fats.


  • 1 cup greek yogurt (use dairy-free yogurt if desired)
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter (or nut butter of choice)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 medium apple


  1. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, nut butter, vanilla, and sea salt until fully incorporated.
  2. Cut apple into thin slices, dip straight into the yogurt mixture, and enjoy!
