Ingredients
10 oz goat cheese (room temperature)
1/3 cup vegan cream cheese (sub light or regular cream cheese, room temperature)
2 Tbsp almond milk
2 - 4 Tbsp honey, depending on sweetness desired (plus more to drizzle)
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 bag Angelic Bakehouse Crisps
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
1. Add the goat cheese and cream cheese to a bowl and beat with a hand mixer until small peaks begin to form (2 - 3 minutes). Add the almond milk to the mixture and beat for another ~2 minutes until well incorporated
2. Fold in the honey and sea salt
3. Spread the cheese on top of an Angelic Bakehouse crisp and top with blueberries and basil and drizzle with honey
