These chicken tenders will seriously change your life. They are crispy, crunchy, and the easiest thing in the world to whip up!

3 Ingredient Chicken Tenders - The Fit Peach

I’m not kidding when I say we make these at least once a week (usually 2). They are that good. They the most highly requested meal by my husband and that says a lot.

The base of the “breading” is a box of Simple Mills almond flour crackers which are hands down my all-time favorite crackers. These crackers are made with all natural, whole ingredients such as almonds, flax seeds, coconut oil, etc. They are the bomb and my favorite way to enjoy them is either by the handful or on the outskirts of a chicken tender.

The best part about these chicken tenders are that they take very little time to make. All you really need is one of three things:

  1. a high powered blender

  2. a food processor

  3. a zip-lock bag and a little anger you need to release

Once the crackers are crushed to a fine state, dip the chicken tenders in an egg wash and then roll them in the cracker mixture. Then all you have to do it place them in a hot skillet with some coconut oil and let them cook. It’s that easy!

  1. In a high powered blender, food processor, or in a zip-lock bag, crush crackers until fine and pour onto a plate

  2. Whisk the egg in a bowl until scrambled

  3. Dip chicken tenders in egg wash, let the egg drip off the chicken, then roll on the plate with the crushed crackers. Place coated chicken tenders on a plate until ready to cook

  4. Heat coconut oil in skillet over medium-low heat

  5. Place “breaded” chicken tenders in skillet and cook for ~5-6 mins on each side until cooked all the way through
