Peppermint Mocha Cream-Cheese Frosting

I’m a firm advocate for peppermint year-round. I don’t know who out there declared themselves the peppermint king and labeled it as solely a Christmas item, but I’m here to throw them off their throne. Are you ever in need of a wonderfully creamy & delicious, yet nutritious, icing? Of course you are, because let’s be honest, everything deserves some icing slathered on top! Peppermint Mocha Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a food processor or high speed blender, mix all ingredients until thick and creamy

  2. Store in airtight container (I love these Mason jars) in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks
