Tahini Chocolate Chunk Cookies


Thick, chewy, and buttery chocolate chunk tahini cookies. These cookies are just like your traditional chocolate chip cookie but with a hint of nutty flavor from tahini and laced with chocolate chunks that melt into puddles of chocolate. They are simply down right delectable!




  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, tapioca flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt; set aside
  3. In a large bowl, mix the eggs, tahini, coconut sugar, vanilla, and coconut oil until thoroughly mixed
  4. Fold the flour mixture into the bowl with the eggs until no flour clumps remain; mix in the chocolate chips
  5. Using a spoon, roll dough into golf-ball sized balls, then pat down to form a disk. Place on greased baking sheet and bake for 10 - 12 minutes until the edges turn golden brown
  6. Enjoy warm out of the oven or store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to a week
