step 1

Pat the salmon with a paper towel. Cut salmon into 2 inch chunks. Remove skin from chunks. 

step 2

Add marinade ingredients to a small bowl and mix. Add salmon chunks and allow to sit for at least 3 minutes.

Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the salmon 1 inch apart and cook on medium for 7 minutes.

step 4

While the salmon is cooking, mix together yogurt, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, paprika, sesame oil, and sea salt. 

step 5

To assemble bowls, spoon brown rice in bowl. Place salmon bites on top. Sprinkle edamame and avocado. Drizzle with sauce.
