Ingredients

step 1

Mix the wet ingredients in a large bowl. First mash bananas. Add eggs, almond butter, and vanilla. Mix to combine.

Fold in dry ingredients until smooth. Fold in any mix-ins.

Fill lined muffin tin and bake until fluffy and golden brown.

Cool slightly before transferring to wire rack to cool completely.
