Ingredients

step 1

Mash the banana on a plate with a fork. Break it down so there aren't many large chunks. 

step 2

Mix the mashed banana with almond milk and vanilla. Whisk until smooth. 

step 3

Stir in chia seeds until fully submerged in liquid. This will allow mixture to thicken. 

step 4

Cover mixture and place in fridge to set. Allow to chill overnight. 

step 5

Place SunButter in bottom of container. Spoon in chia seed pudding and top with banana, coconut, and chopped nuts.
