Coconut Whipped Cream
Perfect Summer Dish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs, coconut sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Add in coconut milk and apple cider vinegar.
Whisk together flours, baking powder, and sea salt. Fold this mixture into the first bowl. Stir in blueberries. Pour into baking sheet and bake.
Beat coconut cream together with vanilla and powder sugar to make the frosting.
Make blueberry topping by heating up blueberries and honey on the stove. Allow to cool in the fridge.
