Ingredients

step 1

Caramelize the onions in olive oil. Stir continuously. 

step 2

Cut and toss brussel sprouts in sauce. Bake until golden brown and flip. 

step 3

Add garlic, beef broth, thyme, and arrowroot starch to the onions. 

step 4

Simmer with brussel sprouts.

step 5

Sprinkle gruyere and sourdough cubes on top. Bake until the bread is toasted.

Serve warm and enjoy!
