Warm and Comforting
Add olive oil to the pan with garlic, diced onions, and half the seasonings. Heat until onions are soft and translucent.
Add the rice and vegetable broth into the an. Stir and allow rice to simmer until soft and fluffy.
Toss shrimp in seasoning. Add shrimp and kielbasa to skillet. Stir and allow to steam.
Top with green onions and enjoy!
