Ingredients

step 1

Rim martini glass with caramel. Set in fridge to chill while you prepare the martini.

step 2

Spoon caramel sauce into a cup or bowl.

step 3

Stir with apple cider until the caramel is dissolved.

step 4

Shake over ice with gin and Benedictine until really cold.

Pour into a glass, garnish, and enjoy!
