Slice pears in half. Remove the core with melon baller or teaspoon.
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat until it turns golden brown color. Make sure not to burn the butter.
Mix in honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves into browned butter.
Once mixture is simmering, place pear halves flat on skillet. Cook for at least 5 minutes until edges caramelize. Move to plate.
Make oat crumble by tossing oats, pecans, and vanilla extract to excess caramel mixture. Cook until oats become golden brown.
Place a scoop of ice cream on each pear half and top with oat crumble and extra honey.
