Brown the chicken.

Add the carrots, celery, onions, mushrooms, garlic, and seasonings.

Add the arrowroot powder, coco aminos, and hot sauce. 

step 4

Pour the chicken broth, coconut milk, and wild rice into the pot. 

step 5

Simmer and stir occasionally. 

Garnish with parmesan cheese and enjoy!
