INGREDIENTS

In a large bowl, add together the burger ingredients and mix well to distribute.

Use a large ice cream scoop or spoon to shape the ground chicken mixture into 6 large balls

Grease your grill or skillet with olive oil and heat over medium heat. Place each patty on the hot surface and cook for 3 - 4 minutes before flipping it over to allow the other side to cook for another 2 - 3 minutes

This is where you can get creative! I made a quick cucumber tomato "salad" to spoon over top of the burgers and add a "mediterranean" flare.

Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
