Ingredients

step 1

Add wet ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Whisk until well incorporated.

Sprinkle rolled oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sea salt into the wet ingredients. Stir and then fold in the chocolate chips

step 3

Pour mixture into greased baking pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and bake until set. Allow to cool.

Slice, add toppings, and enjoy!
