step 1

Mix together gluten free flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, and baking soda.

Add the butter pieces and blend into the flours until broken up.

Add the greek yogurt until well-distributed.

step 4

Knead the dough and add the chocolate chips. Knead until chocolate chips are well-incorporated.

step 5

Cut out the biscuits. Brush with butter, sprinkle with cane sugar, and bake!

Serve with butter or cream cheese and enjoy!
