step 1

Prepare the oats by mixing together the oats, chia seeds, and almond milk in two separate bowls.

Divide into separate bowls and flavor one chocolate and one peanut butter. Stir well with a spoon until creamy.

step 3

Dollop some peanut butter into the bottom of a bowl or jar with a spoon. Spread it around the bottom and sides of the jar.

step 4

Fill the jar about half way up with chocolate oats on top of the peanut butter in the bottom. Level it off on top with the back of a spoon.

step 5

Fill up the rest of the jar, leaving a little room on top, with the peanut butter flavored oats.

step 6

Add a layer of yogurt on top of the oats with a spoon. If preparing this for later, make sure to leave a little room 

Dig in with a spoon and enjoy!
