step 1

Beat room temperature butter with granulated sugar and coconut sugar for approximately 3 minutes. 

step 2

Beat in egg and vanilla. Slowly add gluten free flour, baking soda, and sea salt until flour clumps are gone. 

step 3

Fold in crunchy morsels depending on cookie flavor. Scoop onto baking sheet and bake 12-14 minutes. 

Serve warm and enjoy!
