step 1

Preheat oven. In a bowl, mix bananas, eggs, vanilla, coconut milk, and apple cider.

In a separate bowl, whisk flours, baking powder, cinnamon, and sea salt. Slowly fold the mixture into the bowl of bananas.

Mix all the filling ingredients in a small bowl until incorporated. Set aside. 

step 4

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour 1/4 of the batter into the pan. Sprinkle filling on top. Repeat 2 more times. Use a thin knife to swirl batter. Bake.
