Ingredients

step 1

Season the salmon and cook on both sides until opaque. Transfer to a plate. 

step 2

Saute the vegetables in the same skillet. Cook until mushrooms are soft and onions are translucent. 

step 3

Form the base of the sauce by mixing tomato paste with veggies. Stir in broth and simmer until thickened.

step 4

Prepare the pasta. Spoon some of the sauce into a bowl with yogurt. Mix and add the yogurt to the skillet until incorporated.

step 5

Add pasta to the skillet and toss to coat. Top with salmon filets in the pasta. 

Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
