Ingredients

step 1

Boil the potatoes until they are soft on the inside. 

step 2

Drain the potatoes and spread them on a baking sheet. Smash them with a glass cup. The skin will break apart. 

step 3

Add spices and salt to olive oil. Mix well and drizzle over potatoes. 

step 4

Bake until crispy and golden brown.

Serve warm either alone or with dip and enjoy!
