Ingredients

step 1

Roast the almonds in the oven for a few minutes until they turn a dark golden brown color. 

step 2

To melt the chocolate, add it to a double boiler. Heat over low and continuously stir until silky and smooth. 

step 3

Add the warm almonds to a bowl followed by the melted chocolate. Use a spatula to mix until almonds are coated.

step 4

After almonds are well coated, use a spoon or cookie scoop to scoop and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 

step 5

Sprinkle with sea salt and allow to set on the counter until room temperature.
