Ingredients

step 1

Melt the chocolate with part of the olive oil. Stir intermittently. 

step 2

Combine the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Fold in melted chocolate. 

step 3

Mix in the dry ingredients until 90% combined. 

step 4

Fold in chocolate chips. 

step 5

Preheat the oven, and prepare the baking sheet. Use a large cookie scoop to portion the dough and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. 

Bake and enjoy!
