Double Chocolate Paleo Banana Bread

Ingredients

Step 1 - mash the bananas

First, mash the bananas in a bowl with a stiff whisk or the back of a fork.

Step 2 - mix the wet ingredients

In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients together until nice and creamy.

Step 3 - add the mashed banana

Add the mashed banana to the bowl and mix well to incorporate.

Step 4 - add the dry ingredients 

Add the flours and baking powder to the batter and fold until the flour is incorporated.

Step 5 - add the chocolate chips and bake!

Fold in the chocolate chips, pour the batter into a loaf pan, and bake in the oven until the bread has risen.

Let cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!
