Ingredients

step 1

Heat water, butter, and sugar until boiling.

Stir in flour and cacao powder. Transfer to a mixing bowl to cool.

Mix egg and vanilla into dough until fully incorporated.

Fill pastry bag and pipe into churros. Use scissors to cut 6-8. inches long. Bake until dark brown.

Toss in sugar, cinnamon, cacao coating.

step 6

Prepare the chocolate dipping sauce.
