step 1

Pat salmon dry and gently rub spices on each filet. Drizzle honey on each filet and spread it evenly with spoon.

Add olive oil and garlic to cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add asparagus and tomatoes. Toss vegetables and cook a few minutes.

Move the vegetables to the side of the pan, and add salmon skin side down. Cook until skin is crisp. Flip the salmon and cook until opaque. 

step 4

Sprinkle with salt and pepper on top. Divide salmon and vegetables onto plates. 

Serve warm and enjoy!
