Ingredients

Season and toss the meat to coat.

Sear the roast until browned and set aside.

Deglaze the pan with red wine and gently scrape the bottom.

Add onions and garlic to the pot. Stir until fragrant. Next, add tomato paste. Add the remainder of the veggies and herbs.

Simmer the stew on the stove until beef is tender and cooked through.
