Ingredients

step 1

Brown the breakfast sausage in the skillet until just barely pink. It will cook fully in the oven. 

step 2

Mix the hash browns, cheese, and spies in a large mixing bowl.

step 3

Mix well until the hash browns turn an orange color.

step 4

Press the hash brown mixture into a muffin tin using a measuring cup. 

step 5

Sprinkle sausage into each "nest" and crack an egg on top. Bake until egg is set and yolk is cooked through. 

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and enjoy!
