Rich Dark Chocolate Shell

step 1

Mix greek yogurt, SunButter, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla, ans sea salt with whisk until well combined.

step 2

Pour the yogurt mixture into the popsicle molds half way up.

step 3

Mix the dark chocolate with coconut cream over medium heat until chocolate is melted. Remove from the heat and stir in brown rice crisps.

step 4

Pour the melted chocolate into a wide glass. Dip each frozen popsicle into the melted chocolate until popsicle is submerged. Let chocolate drip off popsicle and flip.

Freeze for 20 minutes and enjoy!
