First mix together the greek yogurt, SunButter, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla, and sea salt with a whisk until well combined.
Pour the yogurt mixture into the popsicle molds half way up.
Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut cream over medium heat until the chocolate is melted. Remove the saucepan from the element and stir in the brown rice crisps until coated.
Pour the melted chocolate into a wide glass. Dip each frozen popsicle into the melted chocolate until the bottom of the popsicle is submerged.
Let the chocolate drip off the popsicle and lip it right side up once the chocolate has stopped running off.
