Sweet & Sticky Peach Sauce
Made in a Single Skillet
Dry the salmon with paper towels and set aside. Make the glaze by blending the ingredients in a food processor.
Marinate the salmon in the fridge. Reserve some of the peach mixture.
Cook the salmon on the skillet until 2/3 opaque. Flip the salmon and cook until about 130 F internally.
Spoon the remainder of the peach glaze on top of the salmon.
