Ingredients

step 1

Beat peanut butter, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth. Then, fold in dry ingredients. 

step 2

Add cane sugar to a shallow plate and use a cookie scoop to portion out dough. Roll each ball into sugar until coated. 

step 3

Place cookie dough balls on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a fork to create a cross hatch on top. 

step 4

Bake cookies until just puffed and cracking on top.
