Ingredients

step 1

Crush up the crackers into fine pieces. Blend these in a food processor or crush in a ziplock bag. 

step 2

Whisk the egg in a separate bowl. Dip each chicken tender in the egg wash. Flip in crackers in separate bowl. 

step 3

Heat olive oil in pan. Once hot, place each breaded tender in pan. Cook for 5 minutes before flipping. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

step 4

To make the sauce, add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix well with spoon or spatula. This should form a golden tan color. 

Serve warm and enjoy!
