INGREDIENTS

step 1

Crush the crackers into small pieces either in a blender or place them in a bag and use a rolling pin to break them up.

step 2

Dip each chicken tender in an egg wash and then transfer to a shallow bowl with the crushed up crackers to coat.

step 3

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and pan fry each chicken tender for 3 - 4 minutes before flipping over to cook the other side.

step 4

Place the hot honey mustard ingredients in a bowl and stir well with a spoon until mixed.

Serve with sauce and enjoy!
