Toasted Oat Crumble

Fresh Rhubarb & Blackberries

step 1

Wash and cut rhubarb. Add to baking dish with blackberries and coconut sugar.

step 2

Make the crumble in a separate bowl and sprinkle over the top of the fruit.

step 3

Bake until bubbling and golden brown.

Serve in a bowl with ice cream if desired and enjoy!
