Ingredients

step 1

Wash and slice the potatoes. 

step 2

Saute the aromatics. 

step 3

Thicken the potatoes by adding arrowroot starch to the skillet. 

step 4

Add the liquids. 

step 5

Add the remaining ingredients. Stir until cheese melts and is well combined. 

step 6

Layer in a circular dish. There should be 4 layers in total. 

step 7

Bake first covered for the first 40 minutes and then uncovered. 

Garnish with sea salt and chives and enjoy!
