Ingredients

step 1

Marinate chicken thighs in olive oil and herb mixture. 

step 2

Bake the veggies for ten minutes. 

step 3

Bake the chicken until cooked through. Broil at the end for a crispy exterior.

Serve with yogurt dill sauce and feta.
