INGREDIENTS

step 1

Brown the breakfast sausage in a skillet until just barely pink. It will cook more in the oven.

step 2

Mix together the hash brown, cheese and spices in a large mixing bowl.

step 3

Mix well until the hash browns turn a yellow orange color.

step 4

Press the hash brown mixture into a muffin tin with a measuring cup.

step 4

Hash brown egg cups about be to baked in a muffin tin.

Top with salt and pepper and enjoy!
