Pat dry and season the salmon.

Cook the salmon over medium heat and flip. Once done, set aside.

Pour water into the skillet and allow it to simmer until half of the water is left. 

step 4

Sauté shallot and garlic with olive oil. 

step 5

Add the vegetables. 

step 6

Add the coconut milk and seasonings and simmer the sauce until it reaches the desired consistency,  

step 7

Add the salmon filets back to the sauce. 

Serve with extra sauce and enjoy!
