Beat together wet ingredients. Fold in dry ingredients to form a ball of dough. Place in fridge. Roll out and cut into shapes.

Bake cookies until golden brown. Allow to cool. In a bowl, whisk together icing ingredients. Divide icing into 2 bowls. Dye one pink and leave one white.

step 3

Dip the top half of the cracker in the icing and let the excess run off. Flip onto a wire rack to dry. Dust with sprinkles. Repeat.
