Ingredients

step 1

Place frozen banana slices in a food processor and blend until chopped up. Mixture will be thick. Scrape sides and blend well.

step 2

Add almond milk and blend until creamy. It should look more like soft serve ice cream.

step 3

Add dates, vanilla, and peppermint extract. Blend until dates have been broken up. Scrape down the sides until incorporated.

step 4

Add in chocolate chips and pulse a few times to distribute.

Scoop, serve, and enjoy!
