Bold Ginger Flavor
Muddle the strawberries with the lemon juice in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
Pour the strawberry puree through a strainer and into a copper mug filled with ice.
Pour the bourbon into the mug and top with ginger beer until it reaches the top.
Garnish with ripe strawberries, lemon wedges, and a fresh sprig of mint.
