Sweet and Salty
Combine coconut cream and maple syrup in a pot. Allow this mixture to simmer for a few minutes until turning a dark color.
Take the saucepan off the stove and stir in vanilla and sunflower butter.
Spoon a few teaspoons of caramel sauce in the bottom of a mug.
Add a double shot of espresso into mug. Froth oat milk on stove or with milk frother and add to mug.
