Ingredients

step 1

Heat olive oil and garlic in a large skillet until garlic has browned. Pour into a bowl with yogurt and stir. Add oil to thin.

Add meatball ingredients to a medium-sized bowl and mix well until spices are distributed.

step 3

Use a small cookie scoop to scoop meatballs into skillet heated with olive oil. Allow meatballs to cook until firm and flip. Cook until golden brown.

In the same skillet, add the orzo and water. Stir orzo until each grain is coated. Bring to a simmer and stir continuously. Reduce to low and stir in feta. 

step 5

Place the meatballs back into the skillet. Sprinkle feta, fresh dill, and mint leaves. Top with yogurt sauce.
