Ingredients

step 1

Prepare black beans. Heat the vegetables in a skillet until soft. Add the vegetables, egg, oat flour, and seasonings to a blender.

step 2

Pulse to mix. Add black beans to the blender and pulse. Stop when there are still some black bean chunks. 

step 3

Scoop patties on a baking sheet with a cookie scoop. 

step 4

Bake or grill as desired. 

Add the bun and toppings and enjoy!
